Business Analyst (Search & Interaction Safety) - Trust & Safety

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee end-to-end processes for Search and Interaction Safety projects.

- Utilize business platforms to monitor and analyze project progress.

- Lead analysis of project data for data-driven decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement moderation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Excellent data analysis skills, particularly in SQL and Excel.

- 2+ years of experience in content moderation operations preferred.
