Business Analyst - Business Insights and Optimization

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analyses of operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate findings into process optimizations that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain scalable data infrastructure and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across operational metrics.
• Cultivate partnerships with Lines of Business to align operational strategies with business priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 5 years of experience in business analytics or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, BI tools, and advanced Excel.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
