Business Analyst (Automation & Business Insights) - Trust and Safety

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

- Define and iterate on core operational metrics systems and attribution frameworks.

- Collaborate with Data Science and Data Warehouse teams for data infrastructure management.

- Develop comprehensive operational performance data reports.

- Conduct cross-LoB business analysis to inform operational decision-making.

- Provide support for urgent business requests and generate ad-hoc reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational improvement.
