Backend Engineering Manager - TikTok Shop (Supply Chain and Logistics)

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for backend development of TikTok Shop's logistics products.

- Drive development through technology, participate in technical planning, and ensure successful implementation.

- Collaborate closely with R&D, product, QA, and operations teams across multiple countries.

- Identify and solve system performance bottlenecks and promote architectural optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2+ years managing a software engineering team.
• 5+ years of large scale backend system development experience.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream backend programming language.
• Familiar with MySQL and common SQL optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NoSQL technologies and large-scale system design.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce development.
