Responsibilities:

Build an intelligent ad delivery system optimized for user Long-Term Value (LTV) and long-term ROAS, contributing to the development of cutting-edge Generative AI technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Modeling experience in Ads, Search engines, Recommender Systems, NLP/CV, or agent technologies.
  • Strong foundation in algorithms related to LLMs and a solid publication record in top conferences.
