AI Creative Designer (Effect) - TikTok Design (San Jose)

This role is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$72,200 - $136,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Own creative concepts and execution for visual and motion design, focusing on effects, animations, and graphic systems. Design and iterate on 2D visuals, motion graphics, and effects assets used across TikTok product surfaces and creative campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in design or a related field.
• Professional experience in visual, motion, creative, or effects-focused design.
• Strong skills in graphic design and animation, with hands-on experience using tools such as Figma.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI tools to enhance visual creation.
