Training Program Manager, Service Manufacturing

This role is based in Buffalo, New York.

Compensation:

Salary range: $61,200 - $108,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training activities in the GFNY vehicle remanufacturing group.
• Ensure training team metrics and goals are met.
• Interact with coaching and leadership to develop the right culture.
• Highlight training issues affecting safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct Workstation Trainer workshops.
• Provide reports on training progress and gaps.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively at different organizational levels.
• Willingness to support multiple shifts.
