This role is based in Palo Alto, California, with the option to work onsite in Austin, TX.

Compensation:

$76,000 - $252,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop robust software and firmware pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Utilize multiple tools to identify and source top talent.
• Maintain strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to creatively approach hiring for difficult positions.
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow.
