Compensation:
$88,000 - $186,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Manage campaign workflow for industrial products, driving short-term actions and long-term design solutions.
- Develop workflows to streamline service needs back to design and manufacturing.
- Own service requirements for Industrial Programs and manage downstream change actions.
- Improve field service procedures while reporting on metrics like cost and timeline.
- Identify gaps in product validation and provide feedback for improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 8 years preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, presentation tools, Jira, and Confluence.
- PMP or AGILE certification is an asset.
Travel:
Up to 15% travel may be required.
