$88,000 - $186,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaign workflow for industrial products, driving short-term actions and long-term design solutions.
  • Develop workflows to streamline service needs back to design and manufacturing.
  • Own service requirements for Industrial Programs and manage downstream change actions.
  • Improve field service procedures while reporting on metrics like cost and timeline.
  • Identify gaps in product validation and provide feedback for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 8 years preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, presentation tools, Jira, and Confluence.
  • PMP or AGILE certification is an asset.

Travel:

Up to 15% travel may be required.
