Technical Program Manager, Energy Firmware & Software

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $300,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the delivery of firmware and software for energy products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Communicate project status and develop recovery plans as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with software or firmware development.
• Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
