Technical Program Manager, Battery Structures

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

What you'll do:

• Create, maintain, and communicate schedules and plans for battery programs.
• Drive action with design engineering and cross-functional teams to successfully complete projects.
• Lead the team through rapid development cycles and changing requirements.
• Collaborate with design engineers to resolve issues with part design and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing to guide design decisions.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience managing and launching hardware products preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large teams.
