Supply Chain Program Manager, Power Electronics

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$84,000 - $192,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between Supply Chain and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze supply chain performance and support strategic decision making.
• Develop systems to track manufacturing equipment readiness.
• Oversee RFQs and contract management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
