Supply Chain Manager, Returnables

This role is based in Brookshire, Texas.

What You'll Do:

• Review returnable packaging requirements for existing and new programs
• Identify investment opportunities to optimize packaging cost
• Develop business cases and ROI models for packaging related investments
• Ensure optimal flow of returnable packaging containers through the supply chain
• Create and improve returnables packaging operation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project priorities

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain or manufacturing
• Strong proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL, Tableau
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills for operational decision-making
