Compensation:

$82,800 - $323,400/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end RFx process, including negotiations and partner selection.
  • Collaborate on New Product Introductions and scaling to mass production.
  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with supply chain objectives.
  • Assess global supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Establish supplier performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, particularly in PCB and electronics.
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
