Supply Chain Manager, High Voltage PCBAs

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$84,000 - $192,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end RFx process for manufacturing and supply partners.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams for New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with Tesla’s supply chain objectives.
• Assess global supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
• Manage contracts and supplier performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, focusing on PCBA and electronics manufacturing.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
