START Technician, Pathway

This position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Compensation:

$20.00 - $25.00/hour + benefits

What you'll do:

• Dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to training, including virtual and onsite support.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Tesla vehicles and basic hand tools.
• Prioritize safety and maintain a professional rapport with instructors.

What you'll bring:

• Willingness to relocate for job placement after training.
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a team-based environment.
