START Collision Technician (Spring 2026)

This role is based in Long Beach, California.

Compensation:

$23.75/hour + benefits

What you'll do:

• Dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to training, including collision center shadowing.
• Engage in instructor-led training on Tesla vehicles.
• Participate in team-based repair exercises and prioritize safety.

What you'll bring:

• Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Willingness to relocate for employment at a Tesla Collision Repair Center after graduation.
