This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$124,000 - $300,000/year

What you'll do:

  • Lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful launches of new battery cells
  • Collaborate across sites to solve complex cell design, qualification, and ramp problems
  • Create, maintain, and communicate cell program schedules
  • Prepare for and lead weekly executive review meetings
  • Coordinate milestones with various teams
  • Identify program risks and ensure they are addressed
  • Travel to lab, pilot, and production sites as needed

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering and project management
  • Deep familiarity with lithium-ion battery design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work cross-functionally and lead large teams
