This role is based in Hayward, California.

Compensation:

$88,000 - $216,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage lifecycle and serviceability of service and install tools.
  • Define tool specifications, project scheduling, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Oversee electrical and mechanical NPI and sustaining program management.
  • Support efficiency improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Experience in hardware design projects and data-driven forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of business impact, ROI, and NPV methods.
  • Familiarity with FMEA and Gantt charts.
  • Background in renewable energy systems is a plus.
