Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Technology

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $253,200/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and track status/blockers.
• Create and maintain schedules for technology development programs.
• Communicate project status to teams and executive management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in technical program management within Li-ion cell technology.
• Leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI tools and program management tools (Jira).
