Compensation:

$128,000 - $234,000/year

• Lead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for camera modules.
• Identify and onboard suppliers for high-performance camera modules.
• Drive strategic negotiations on pricing and product development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define specifications.
• Conduct market research on camera module technologies.
• Implement sourcing strategies aligned with Tesla's vision.
• Spearhead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• 4+ years of experience with camera modules.
• Excellent negotiation skills and analytical mindset.
• Strong understanding of camera module design principles.
