Sr. Product Manager, Document Processing

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$128,000 - $228,000/year

What you'll do:

• Design AI solutions to identify and validate document processing stages
• Track compliance progress for executed documents using technology
• Implement on-time printing processes to reduce reprint risks
• Expand e-sign agreements for internal and policy-related documents
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure compliance
• Develop metrics to monitor document processing efficiency

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience in product management with a focus on document workflows
• Knowledge of AI tools for document identification and validation
• Strong project management skills to oversee compliance initiatives
• Ability to work with legal and operational stakeholders
• Familiarity with e-sign technology and printing logistics
