Sr. Product Manager, Delivery Day Readiness

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$128,000 - $228,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Migrate vehicle readiness processes to the delivery app
• Address operational gaps in delivery day workflows
• Develop capacity planning tools for delivery scheduling
• Enhance in-app customer experience for delivery day interactions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate solutions
• Monitor delivery metrics to ensure on-time performance
• Reduce vehicle concerns through proactive app-based solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience in product management within delivery or logistics
• Strong understanding of app development and user experience design
• Ability to work with engineering and operations teams on system integration
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
• Analytical skills to assess delivery performance data
• Familiarity with Native App development
