Responsibilities:
- Migrate vehicle readiness processes to the delivery app
- Address operational gaps in delivery day workflows
- Develop capacity planning tools for delivery scheduling
- Enhance in-app customer experience for delivery day interactions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate solutions
- Monitor delivery metrics to ensure on-time performance
- Reduce vehicle concerns through proactive app-based solutions
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience in product management within delivery or logistics
- Strong understanding of app development and user experience design
- Ability to work with engineering and operations teams on system integration
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
- Analytical skills to assess delivery performance data
- Familiarity with Native App development
