Sr. Product Manager, Customer Identity

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$136,000 - $264,000/year

What you'll do:

• Understand and lead customer account processes across Tesla platforms.
• Coordinate with security, legal, and authentication teams.
• Deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage operational escalations and implement long-term solutions.
• Define and enhance KPIs with analytics teams.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Identity management services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
