Compensation:

$72,000 - $162,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and execution of vanpool and bike programs.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and IRS tax requirements.
• Utilize data analytics for program optimization and performance monitoring.
• Manage budgets and resources to support sustainable operations.
• Gather employee feedback to enhance program offerings.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 8 years in transportation program management, including leadership roles.
• Expertise in strategic planning and budget management.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
