Internship, Training Coordinator, North America Service Training Programs (Winter/Spring 2026)

This internship is expected to start around January 2026 and continue through the Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2026) or into Summer 2026 if available.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with tracking and managing training activities.
• Support the onboarding process for Regional Field Trainers.
• Help streamline data and resources for improved usability.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of training materials.
• Assist in developing automated systems for training notifications.
• Support the organization and maintenance of training schedules.
• Help maintain digital platforms and repositories.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ready to innovate and participate in change management.

Location: Tempe, Arizona.
