Internship, Service Technician Trainee (Spring 2026)

This internship role is based in Phoenix, Arizona.

What to Expect:

As a Technician Trainee Intern, you will be servicing customer vehicles and completing hands-on tasks at the service center. Excellent communication skills are desired as this is a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform entry-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles
• Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
• Perform equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars
• Maintain inventory, records of time, shop supplies, and parts
• Help maintain vehicle cleanliness of customer cars
• Support Parts & Front of House operations as needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of methods and techniques used in vehicle maintenance and repair
• Current enrollment in an Automotive program preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Team-oriented with a
