Internship, Program Manager, Service Operations (Winter/Spring 2026)

This internship role is based in Buena Park, California and is expected to start around January 2026, continuing through the Winter/Spring term.

Compensation:

$22.84 - $31.97/hour + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of key service initiatives.
• Analyze operational metrics to inform business decisions.
• Coordinate resources and delegate tasks across the team.
• Assist in execution of service initiatives including scheduling and mobile service.
• Gather feedback and conduct project evaluations.

Requirements:

• Service or operations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Tesla systems and reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
