Internship, Program Manager, Service Operations (Winter/Spring 2026)

This internship is located in Austin, Texas and is expected to start in January 2026, continuing through the Winter/Spring term.

What you'll do:

• Support the development and implementation of key service initiatives in collaboration with the Central Support Team.
• Analyze operational metrics to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate resources and delegate tasks across the team.
• Gather and provide feedback to stakeholders and conduct project evaluations.

What you'll bring:

• Service or operations experience, with some experience in operations leadership preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
