What you'll do:

• Support the development and implementation of key service initiatives.
• Analyze operational metrics for business decisions.
• Coordinate resources and delegate tasks across the team.
• Assist in execution of service initiatives including production planning and scheduling.
• Gather feedback and conduct project evaluations.

What you'll bring:

• Service or operations experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Tesla systems and reporting tools.
