What you'll do:
- Support the development and implementation of key service initiatives in collaboration with the Central Support Team.
- Analyze operational metrics to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate resources and delegate tasks across the team.
- Assist in the execution of service initiatives including production planning and scheduling.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and conduct project evaluations.
- Partner with regional teams to implement quality and customer service standards.
What you'll bring:
- Service or operations experience, with some leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Tesla systems and reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license required.
