  • Assist with developing and launching new products and processes that drive customer experience.
  • Gather and evaluate data to streamline existing service processes.
  • Work closely with Service Program Manager and teams to align strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
