This internship is located in Franklin, Tennessee and is expected to start around January 2026, lasting through the Winter/Spring term or into Summer 2026.
What you'll do:
- Assist with developing and launching new products and processes that drive customer experience.
- Gather and evaluate data to streamline existing service processes.
- Work closely with Service Program Manager and teams to align strategies.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

- Ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
