What You'll Do:

  • Assist with developing and launching new products and processes to improve customer experience.
  • Gather and evaluate data to streamline service processes.
  • Work closely with Service Program Manager and teams to align strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behaviors.
  • Conduct data analysis for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
