This internship is expected to start around January 2026 and continue through the Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2026) or into Summer 2026 if available.

What you'll do:

  • Create training content for customer support teams.
  • Design and develop engaging instructor-led and eLearning courses.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to scope requirements.

What you'll bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems.
