Infrastructure Program Manager

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

What you'll do:

• Owns plan of record, scope definition, approval, strategy, and execution for onsite/offsite infrastructure programs.
• Drive technical planning and secure alignment between cross-functional teams.
• Manage program communications to stakeholders regarding schedule, budget, costs, and risks.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement of Tesla processes.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Center and industrial projects.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
