Associate Recruiter, 3 + Month Contract

This role is based in Alexandria, New South Wales.

What you'll do:

• Manage up to 20 roles at a time, reporting on progress weekly.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements.
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates.
• Schedule interviews and maintain system accuracy.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum of 2 years end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in sourcing and assessing talent.
• Strong relationship management skills with hiring teams.
