Associate Recruiter, 3 to 6 Month Contract

This role is based in Melbourne, Victoria.

What you'll do:

• Manage high volume recruiting with up to 20 roles at a time.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements.
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates.
• Schedule interviews and maintain system accuracy.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum of 2 years end to end recruiting experience.
• Strong skills in sourcing and assessing talent.
• Experience in relationship management with hiring teams.
