Workplace Environments Project Manager

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

S$127,200 - S$190,800/year

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple office fit-out projects of varying sizes and scopes.
• Collaborate with Workplace team to implement design guidelines and operational standards.
• Lead technical due diligence on APAC office projects.
• Engage and manage external vendors for project delivery.
• Ensure designs have operational integrity and enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of experience in workplace design and build projects.
• Strong design and construction management skills.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing complex real estate budgets.
