Vendor Manager, Risk Operations

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

S$132,000 - S$198,000/year

What you'll do:

Oversee vendor operations, manage relationships with external partners, and ensure delivery of high-quality user support.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain operational relationships with partners and vendors.
• Hold partners accountable for performance and contractual commitments.
• Lead business reviews and drive KPI performance.
• Improve workflow and workforce management practices.
• Act as a bridge between external partners and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of vendor management experience in a BPO environment.
• Experience in leading vendor operations teams for technical customer support.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
