Compensation:
S$132,000 - S$198,000/year
What you'll do:
Oversee vendor operations, manage relationships with external partners, and ensure delivery of high-quality user support.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain operational relationships with partners and vendors.
- Hold partners accountable for performance and contractual commitments.
- Lead business reviews and drive KPI performance.
- Improve workflow and workforce management practices.
- Act as a bridge between external partners and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of vendor management experience in a BPO environment.
- Experience in leading vendor operations teams for technical customer support.
- Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
