What you'll do:
Oversee vendor operations, manage relationships with external partners, and ensure adherence to performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain operational relationships with key partners.
- Hold vendors accountable for performance and contractual commitments.
- Lead business reviews to drive KPI performance.
- Improve workflow management and adherence to Stripe-defined processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of vendor management experience in a BPO environment.
- Experience in technical customer support operations.
- Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
