Compensation:

$104,000 - $156,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for new graduates and interns.
• Develop relationships with university groups to enhance brand presence.
• Plan and execute on-campus events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• A passion for building teams.
• Ability to travel up to 30% during peak recruiting cycles.
