What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with Stripe’s engineering organization to build the foundation of our early-stage university program.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate and intern candidates across multiple roles and offices.
  • Develop relationships with university groups to design school-specific strategies.
  • Plan and execute on-campus events focusing on early engagement and branding.
  • Ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience for new graduates and interns.

Minimum requirements:

  • 5-6 years of full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to create strategic campus strategies and build diverse pipelines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% during peak recruiting cycles.
