Compensation:

£103,200 - £154,800 per year

What you'll do:

Oversee compliance frameworks, investigate suspicious transactions, and guide business teams on regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Investigate potentially suspicious transactions and mitigate risk exposure.
• Lead the culture of risk and compliance within the team.
• Serve as Money Laundering Reporting Officer for Stripe's UK operations.

Who you are:

• 10+ years in AML/CFT roles.
• Experience with large-scale compliance initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
