Compensation:

$143,200 - $214,800

What you'll do:

• Architect and run searches end-to-end, shaping roles with hiring managers, sourcing talent, and driving assessments.
• Design candidate experiences ensuring excellence and alignment with the talent brand.
• Build recruiting processes and tools that enable speed without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
