Technical Recruiter, MLE

This role is based in South San Francisco HQ, with options for hybrid or remote work.

Compensation:

$143,200 - $214,800/year

What you'll do:

Own the full recruiting lifecycle, develop strategic recruiting plans, and partner with leaders to meet hiring objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and hire candidates for Machine Learning and AI roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to devise long-term talent acquisition strategies.
• Enhance recruiting processes while maintaining an inclusive environment.
• Track metrics and report on hiring progress.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience.
• Experience with GenAI and LLMs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to attract diverse talent and deliver a great candidate experience.
