Technical Recruiter, MLE

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$143,200 - $214,800

What you'll do:

Own the full recruiting lifecycle, drive hiring strategy, and enhance candidate experience while focusing on AI and Machine Learning talent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives.
• Enhance recruiting processes and programs.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics.
• Source candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience.
• Experience with GenAI and LLMs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Growth mindset and adaptability.
