Technical Recruiter (FTC)

This role is based in Dublin HQ.

Compensation:

£61,600 - £92,400/year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives.
• Initiate creative changes to recruiting strategy.
• Track metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Create strategic plans for sourcing diverse candidates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a holistic candidate experience.

Minimum requirements:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience.
• Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to attract passive senior candidates.
• Data-driven problem-solving approach.
