Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in Toronto.

Compensation:

CA$100,200 - CA$150,200

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, partner with stakeholders, and drive hiring strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives.
• Build and drive partnerships with compensation and HR.
• Generate a healthy pipeline of candidates through various initiatives.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics to improve processes.

Who you are:

4+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach.
