Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

Compensation:

$104,600 - $156,800/year

What you'll do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategies, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives
• Collaborate with recruiting analytics for accurate reporting
• Build partnerships with compensation, HR, and finance
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience as a trusted advisor to hiring teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
