Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in London on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Compensation:

£61,600 - £92,400 per year

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives.
• Initiate scalable changes to recruiting strategies.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics.
• Create strategic plans for sourcing diverse candidates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
